Pick up at Guwahati Airport then transfer to Hotel after freshup visit Kamakhya Devi Temple. Umananda Temple situated at river island, Sankardeva Kalashetra & Science Musuem. Evening cruise at river Brahmaputra. Overnight at Guwahati.
After breakfast proceed to Cherranpunjee It is the region with the highest rainfall. On the way, visit the Borapani Umiam Lake check in to hotel after freshup visit to set off to visit the Krem Mawmluh cave in Cherrapunjee. It is located around 0.5 kilometers west of Cherrapunjee, next to the small village of Mawmluh. It has five river passages with impressive magnitude. The length of the cave is more than 7 kilometers. Besides, you will also visit the waterfalls in Cherranpunjee. Stay overnight at Cherrapunjee Hotel.
After breakfast proceed to Mawsynram Sightseeing Sightseeing -Mawjyngbuin Cave (Mawsynram cave), Naturally formed Shiva Linga ,Mawphlang Dam, Mawphlang Sacred Forest,Jakrem (Hotwater Spring) & back to Cherranpunjee & night halt in Cherranpunjee hotel.
After breakfast transferred to Shillong Post breakfast, take a road journey to Shillong, also known as the ‘Scotland of the East’. On the way, visit the Elephanta falls and head straight to Shillong peak to enjoy some breathtaking views. Overnight stay in Shillong. Sightseeing point we will visit Cathedral of Marry, Ward’s Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Bara Bazar and Archery Field to witness the famous Traditional Archery Game of Meghalaya. Evening at leisure and overnight stay in Shillong.
Today after breakfast we drive to Mawllynnong (110 kms / 02 ½ hrs drive), explore the village and also trek for 10 min to visit the Single Decker Living Root Bridge in Riwai village, back to Shillong and overnight stay. About Mawlynnong Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 kms from Shillong and is a community based eco-tourism initiative. The community has made collective effort to maintain the ambience of a clean village. The village offers picturesque natural beauty, a trek to the living root bridge at a neighbouring village Riwai. The village also offers a sight of natural balancing rock, a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. The adage Neighbours envy, owners pride' is apt for Mawlynnong as it has earned the distinction of being one of the cleanest villages in Asia, a fact that every Mawlynnong villager is proud of and other villagers are envy of. The village is quite pretty, especially in the monsoons when there is lush greenery all around, with waterfalls paving the way to small streams and abundance of flowering orchids dangling from the trees and hedges add to the beauty of the village.

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
